HISTORY OF AVOCADO OIL IN CHILE
 Avocado oil production in Chile began in 2004, when visionary businessmen and women began to invest and produce this new and unique oil. There are currently more than a dozen companies dedicated to the production of 100% natural extra virgin avocado oil, free from preservatives and chemical additives.
In 2006, Avocado Oil Chile - the Official Association of Producers and Distributors of Chilean Avocado Oil - was formed to maintain and control high standards of production for producers of avocado oil in the country and to promote this unique oil in the rest of the world.
